Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit Line Leaders to local Packhouse in Chartham Kent.

The role involves assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising instructing packers. Running machines making sure daily targets are achived. You will also be working very closely with the management team making sure operation is running smoothly.

You must learn the packhouse operation quickly and speak Polish Latvian or Russian. Packhouse experience would be an advantage.

Due to the location of the packhouse, your own transport will be required as it is not on a public transport route, however we can help with arranging accommodation.

Candidate must have good people skills, be organised an flexible.
Initially, you will be paid a training fee of £6. per hour, after training you will be paid £7. . Training will last for weeks.
