Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit full time Supervisor s Assistants for The Wight Salads Group, the leading UK supplier of top quality tomatoes to many of the major retailers such as Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.
You will be assisting supervisors with encouraging workers to hit targets in picking and crop work. Ultimately, you will need to bring out the best in those that you are responsible for, enabling them to pick quickly to the required standards. You will need to recognize those that need more help and support and encourage them to achieve daily targets. Candidate must be able to communicate in English and has a supervisory experience. Please note this post involve working within industrial glasshouses in temperatures ranging from C to C.

Jobs start at the end of January and last till November.
Due to the location of the glasshouse, you will be accommodated on the main site. You will be charged ? . p/w for accommodation.
