General home nursing duties

Seeking quiet, discreet, TRUSTWORTHY Polish couple to look after older man with dementia and his wife, who is active and competent, in small, beautiful stately home in lush Welsh countryside.

Couple will be given their own comfortable room and bath and will have the title of "House Life Managers." Duties to include the following:
Nursing including bathing mentally disabled man and providing companionship (taking walks, watching television, listening to the radio). There is no incontinence so far, but there may be in the future.

Driving
Shopping
Some Cooking
General Cleaning
Laundry
Some Ironing
Repairs basic handyman skills; experienced skilled labor would receive additional compensation.
Business Affairs must have at least basic computer skills. Again, business/accounting skills of high caliber, while not essential, would be appropriately rewarded.
House Watching
Some Gardening
Assistance in cleaning out and renovating our property

Must be extraordinarily careful of property and possessions

No pets or children. No smoking. Prefer no (or moderate drinking.

Couple's social activities must be off the premises.

Will have limited use of car for own needs.

In the future one member of the couple may have to stay in the same room as disabled man some nights.
