Our Client is currently looking for:
Team Leader (IT)

Responsibilities:Manage the team of IT Support Engineers.
Assure the quality of the team’s work delivered and actively propose improvements of processes, tools and organization.
Develop the team and implement changes to improve the service quality and efficiency.
Provide service desk and second level support for CIS operated infrastructure and services, like MS Windows based client computers and servers, MS Active Directory,Lotus Notes based e-mail, smartphones (Blackberry, iPhone and Android), network etc. according to the IT Service Management processes based on ITIL.
Provide second level support for Lotus Domino/Notes e-mail and application servers, as well as Lotus Notes client application.
System Administration in an enterprise IBM Lotus Domino Notes Sametime environment.
Implement changes and other tasks on IT infrastructure as part of projects, services and operations.
Prepare technical documentations for tools, services and processes in English.

Requirements:A minimum of years working experience in a similar position.
Fluent English.
Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Lotus certification, e.g. IBM Certified Administrator
Microsoft certification, e.g. MCSE, MCITP
ITIL Foundation certificate
Experience with the following technologies and tools:Lotus Notes Domino Sametime
MS Windows and R Server
MS Windows
MS Active Directory and
Blackberry Enterprise Service or other smartphone services
Scripting
