Due to continued growth, the company now seeks a Russian Speaking Institutional Sales Specialist who will be successful in executing sales strategies through all of the stages of sales process from creating sales opportunities, through closing up deals, to following up and maintaining close business relationships with clients. The right candidate will be a team player with a strong interpersonal skills and a problem solving attitude.

RUSSIAN SPEAKING B2B SALES SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS
higher education, preferably in Finance, Management, Commerce or International Business
very good knowledge of financial markets, including OTC products
at least years of sales experience with successful track record
very good knowledge of written and spoken Russian
fluent English skills
strong customer orientation, excellent selling and interpersonal skills
knowledge of Russian market for OTC products will be a plus
strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills
very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
good knowledge of Metatrader platform would be considered an advantage
enthusiastic and proactive
the right candidate is a team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES of this position include, but are not limited to:
dealing with potential institutional customers and creating sales opportunities
building business relationships with clients and developing an effective net of sales
implementing sales strategies to increase sales revenues
complying with all business policies and procedures of the company
reporting to the country manager in a timely and accurate way
achieving sales targets and service benchmarks
constantly reviewing and improving sales performance
